CD-Copy Instructions:
- Create the following temporary directories:
- Use BlindRead to copy the full contents of the original CD to TempDir#1.
- Replace the VIVAFOOT.EXE file with the one from the archive.
Ignore the much bigger filesize of the Fixed EXE.
- Burn the contents of TempDir#1 to a CD-R.
- Delete TempDir#1 as it is not needed anymore.
- Play the game!
